Hario V60 pour over, 200 degrees F, 45 second bloom, 3:30 total brew time.
D'Origen Coffee, Brazil Fazenda Camocim (Semi-washed, 1500m Volcan)
Caramel, grapefruit. Smooth, delicate body. Bright, but not too bright. Lots of natural sweetness.
I tried a fun new iced coffee brew method with this pour over; I'll probably do another post detailing it on a later date. (Spoiler alert: tons of foamy crema!!!)

Unfortunately, D'Origen doesn't sell this guy anymore, but definitely check out some of their other coffees. I love seeing a roaster carrying Dominican coffee; D'Origen is one of the few! http://dorigencoffee.es/page/homepage

Bummer. Too bad they don't sell it anymore; sounds like a great coffee.
